This department steers the county’s financial trajectory. They manage the county’s finances, including collecting taxes and preparing the budget. Developing economic development plans and attracting investment are key responsibilities, aiming to stimulate economic growth and create jobs. They ensure fiscal responsibility and transparency in managing public funds.

  • Over 30 years of experience in public service and health information management
  • Extensive background in policy development, strategic planning, and monitoring and evaluation
  • Expertise in health information systems, including the development and implementation of the Kenya Health Information System (DHIS-2, KMHFL)
  • Proven leadership in coordinating national health assessments and strategic plans
  • International experience with WHO in health information management and disease surveillance
