The County Government of Transnzoia is in the process of preparing the County Annual Development Plan for FY 2025/2026 in line with Article 220 of the Constitution, section 126 of the PFMA 2012 and Section 104 and 133 of the County Government Act, 2012.
Pursuant to provisions of article 202 (a) of the constitution of Kenya 2010, section 125 (2) of the Public Finance Management Act, 2012 and section 87 and 115 of the County Government Act, 2012, Trans-Nzoia County Government now invites all the stakeholders and general public to attend Public Participation Forum to be held on 16th August 2024 starting from 9:30 am as per the schedule below;
The forum will provide opportunity for the stakeholders and the public to contribute to annual development plan which will inform the projects and programmes that will be implemented in FY 2025/2026 and which must be aligned to the Transnzoia County Integrated Development Plan (CIDP) 2023-2027.
The Public are invited to give their views through oral or written submissions.
